After putting all of its components in the pot destined for them made of Moroccan pottery, it is necessary to send the tanjia to the public oven to be cooked in hot ash, because the worker in the "French" meaning the house of fire, is the most knowledgeable person on how to cook the Tanjia and the time required for that.
The main ingredients of Tanjia include veal, margarine, olive oil, and free saffron filaments, as well as Moroccan spices and water.
Tanjia Marrakesh is served in the popular restaurants of Marrakesh, but it becomes a special flavor when consumed in the famous Djemaa El Fna square, where its lovers are waiting for the turn to eat it.
