Colorful valley trail trainingOur meeting point will be at Jemaa El Fna Square at 7 am, near the Cafe de France, the center of Marrakech city 450m, 1.5h drive towards the Imlil valley 1775m in the heart of the high Atlas Mountains, welcome mint tea at the Riad Jnane Imlil and beginning our trail to the Azzaden Valley across Tizi Mizi pass 2485m and Igholiden waterfalls in Tamsoult 2250m, short break near the waterfalls and continue running down through the colorful valley of Azzaden1800m, enjoying the stunning views over the Berber villages and fields covered with walnut and apple trees, after an halt for picnic at the last village in the valley, we head up to Tizi Oudid pass on 2200m, before we run down the single track through the juniper forest and villages of Mattat Valley, another rest near the River for drinking a glass of mint tea, next to the Agersioual village 1650m, afterward we run up to the Riad in Imlil valley.

Mount Toubkal Trail trainingPick up at 6am from Marrakech 450m, near the post office in Jamaa el Fena square, drive towards Imlil valley 1760m, after 1.5h drive we arrive at the starting point of our trail, welcome mint tea, briefing of the trail, and arranging the equipment, afterwards start the walk up to the Toubkal Hut 2207m 3.5h walk up, short break at the hut and continue to the summit 2.5h walk up. enjoying the stunning views from the highest point of North Africa, take photos, have some food and head down to the hut 1.5h walk down, picnic and continue the walk down to Imlil valley 3h walk, meet the driver and go back to Marrakech, arriving around 7-8pm.

Marrakech Marathon trainingTraining day in the surrounding of Marrakech city, start from the Bab Rob Gate towards Zaraba Irrigation on the way to Tahanaout passing near the Argan Golf, and olives farmer between the red city and the Atlas Mountains, arrive at Zaraba and we turn to the way of Ourika running beside the Berber crafts workshops and heading back to Marrakech, 40km in Total.
