A perfect balance of culture, adventure, and relaxation, this quick 3-day itinerary features highlights of valleys in the foothills of the High Atlas mountains and relaxing in the coastal town of Essaouira. You'll roam exotic souks in ancient medinas, share a moment with a local Berber family, and explore centuries-old seafront fortifications and Argan Area, In these semi-arid and arid zones, nearly 90% of the rural economy of the argan region depends on the agroforestry system of the argan tree. the argan tree is a multipurpose fruit and forest species that forms a characteristic forest region in the Southwest Morocco where it occupies 820,000 ha. Its wood gives excellent charcoal, but its main interest lies in its fruit which gives a high value oil nutritional and in its foliage which is the basis for animal food.

Program
Day 1: Marrakech - tizi n’Test - Taroudant. 225 km.
Departure by car towards the Tizi n'Test pass. As soon as the road approaches the mountain, it crosses the gorges of Moulay Brahim. Then, towards Asni, passes at the foot of the massif of Mount Toubkal, the highest point in North Africa.
A little further on, you will visit the beautiful Tin Mel mosque, which is being restored, but the work carried out so far allows you to appreciate the quality of this simple and elegant architecture.
Then pass the Tizi n’Test pass and descend to the plain of Souss. On clear days, exceptional views of the valley to the Anti-Atlas and the desert.
Dinner and overnight at the Riad in Taroudant.

Day 2: Taroudant - Agadir - the Atlantic coast - Essaouira. 275 km.
Departure to Taroudant and small city tour, its ramparts and the souks. Then, a new departure to reach the edge of the ocean, a little north of Agadir. From here, the road remains close to the Atlantic. The beautiful coast of cliffs and small virgin beaches while at other times, you will join the forest of argan trees.
At the end of the afternoon, you reach Essaouira.
Overnight at Riad Zahra or similar
Meals: Breakfast + Lunch.

Day 3: Essaouira - Marrakech. 200 km.
The whole morning is devoted to a guided tour of Essaouira, the old town, the port, the shipyards and views of the beach.
In the afternoon, return to Marrakech.
