1st day :
Marrakech - Zagora
Depart for Zagora via one of the highest
passes in the Atlas Mountains, Tizi-n-Tischka, which is 2260m at the
top,you'll continue to Zagora across the Tizi-n-Tinifift passe to reach Agdez
then the Draa valley.At the end of the day you'll arrive Zagora the heart of
the Oasis.
2nd day : Zagora -
Ramlia village
After breakfast you'll Travel on rarely
frequented off-road, and in a seldom-visited sector you will experience
landscapes very different from those that you may know.Arrive Ramlia village
the night will be with local people.
3rd day : Ramlia
village - Erg Chebbi Dunes ( Sahara desert)
You'll wake up early to wake little bit in
the green garden of ramlia.On board of your cross-country vehicles, you will
live one of the legs of PARIS - DAKAR, you will approach the Algerian border
(rock drawing). Then you will be inserted in the desert, the true! You will
cross; OUZINA, small Berber village, and you will be again in other whole of
Saharan dunes.With through dry wadis, rock tracks, bringing a more mineral key
in the landscape, of the desert plates, and the sand extents, you will reach
Merzouga, the region of the Erg Chebbi, only Saharan erg of all Morocco. It is
here that you will be able to cross, in the slow pace of camels this mountain
of gold-colored sand. You will appreciate the pure beauty of the landscape. In
the evening, by a campfire under the starry sky, the traditional musicians
will help you.Night under nomadic tent
4th day : Erg
Chebbi Dunes - Todra Gorges
You'll wake early to see the beautiful
sunrise over the dunes,have your breakfast and drive to Todra Gorges It is a
wild landscape, populated with Berber villages and nomads minding their herds
of goats. Hike down the narrow gorges, the fruit of the separation of the High
Atlas and Djebel Sarrho.Night in the heart of the Gorges.
5th day :
Todra Gorges - Ouarzazate
After a good mint tea, walk in the palm plantation of Todra, before heading
for Ouarzazate via the offroad of Boutghrar take the advantage to appreciate
the tranquility of the mountains and take a moment to appreciate the
lifestyle of the Berbers isolated by the quietness mountain.Then Roses
valley,arrive Ouarzazate and check into hotel
6th day : Ouarzazate - Marrakech
After breakfast and before heading for Marrakech you'll stop to see the
Kasbah of Taourirt and after about 30minut driving you'll visit the famous
Kasbah of Ait ben Haddou which used as location for many movies mainly
" The lawrence of Arabia" and " Tea in the Sahara".You
will continue to Marrakech via Tizi-n-Tishka pass. You will see Berber
farmers working on their terraced farms, and herding sheep. Arriving to
Marrakech and checking to the hotel.The end of the trip.
